This position requires significant interaction with a vast array of internal and external clients. Key responsibilities will include onboarding vendors in multiple systems including Oracle Fusion and Coupa, reviewing and reconciling vendor statements, working with vendors as well as internal OMF team members to resolve onboarding and suppliers issues which may include calling vendors or emailing vendors for W-9 and contact information to onboard vendors, perform TIN and Banking information validation, assist with month end close, and other special project work as needed.
Additional Information:
- Position is Hybrid, 3 days onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Days may change during Month-End Close.

Skill/Experience/Education
