Job Description: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: East Los Angeles
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Pay: $20-24/hour, based on experience
Contract: 3-4 months
Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Flexible start time, as early as 7 AM); Monday-Thursday
Dress Code: Business casual (jeans allowed)

Responsibilities:

Process invoices and payments accurately and timely.

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.

Assist with month-end closing activities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma; associate degree preferred.

2+ years of accounts payable experience.

Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
