About the Job
Our client in Nashville, TN is seeking Temp AP Specialist to join their team from October to March
Responsibilities:Manage accounts payable workflow, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments while meeting deadlines.
Assist in administering an electronic invoice routing system, establishing routing rules, and troubleshooting system issues for efficiency and growth.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including invoice coding, tax payments, employee reimbursements, and vendor record maintenance.
Reconcile vendor statements, manage recurring invoices, and develop strong relationships with vendors and employees to resolve issues.
Prepare and submit monthly sales/use tax returns, year-end 1099s, and assist with financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
Provide management with regular reports, assist with monthly closing, and maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years accounts payable and vendor administration experience
Minimum 5 years accounts payable experience within real estate development or construction industries
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Skills:
Sage 300 CRE ERP platform
Paperless Environments (PVault)
Yardi Systems

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
