Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Assist with the Accounts Payable cycle
• Accounts Payable Specialist will process up to 150 invoices a week
• Responsible for weekly chuck runs
• Accounts Payable Specialist will pay invoices utilizing ACH, hard checks, or credit card

​Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist

• Basic Excel knowledge
• Prior accounts payable experience required
• Accounts Payable Specialist must be organized and detail-oriented
