Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Details:

• Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
• Pay Rate: $24-28.50/hr

Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Description:

• Conduct thorough research and reconciliation of corporate accounts, meticulously gathering data and acquiring necessary supporting documentation from diverse systems and sources.
• Promptly identify and address any out-of-balance conditions, ensuring timely resolution of reconciling items.
• Mitigate or eliminate out-of-balance conditions and reconciling items
• Contribute actively to the ongoing cleanup and maintenance of existing corporate accounts
• Manage and maintain client relationships to facilitate the timely collection of accounts receivable
• Address payment discrepancies promptly and effectively, providing timely responses to invoice inquiries, proof of delivery requests, and statements.
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and other agreements to ensure accurate invoice processing and account setup

Accounts Receivable Analyst Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Bachelors Degree is a PLUS!
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, accounting research, or similar field
• Microsoft Office, Excel (including vLookups & pivot tables)
