A fast-growing internet service provider has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications:
Location: South Hackensack, NJ
Accounts Receivable Analyst duties include, but not limited to:
- Maintaining the billing process across multiple ERP systems.
- Generating invoices and account statements.
- Performing account reconciliations.
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
- Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and management reports.
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
- Assist with new revenue contract processing.
- Manage and maintain finance department email account.
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance.
Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience.
- Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks.
- An ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
- Able to present financial information in a clear and intuitive way.
- An ability to work independently.
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Have a mathematical background.
