Accounts Receivable Specialist - Walthall Oil Co

We offer a casual working environment with great benefits such as insurance, vacation and 401k.  We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to fill an open position at our corporate office in Macon.

Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients.

Duties:

• Navigating customer AR questions and providing copies of invoices
• Research customer discrepancies and skipped invoices
• Creating AR invoices for C-Store tickets (EFS, TCheck, Transplatinum, Multiservice, Wex transactions)
• Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions
  • Deposit checks via scanner
  • Credit Cards
  • ACH
• Research and reach out for returned checks and ACH’s
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Perform other related duties as assigned
