Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Accountant:

• Receive payments, post to the General Ledgers
• Review credit balances and refunds, apply adjustments to billing
• Balance daily batches and reports; prepare income reports and statistics
• Ensure outstanding balances are followed up on in a professional manner

Preferred Qualifications and Experience for the Accounts Receivable Accountant:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum three years of experience in an accounting role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach to unusual issues

The Accounts Receivable Accountant role is fully onsite in South Bend, Indiana
Salary: $41,500.00 - $51,500.00
