What will the Accounts Receivable Specialist do?

• Credit and Collections calls based upon aging reports
• Vendor Management
• Create and verify invoices
• Handles over 1400 transactions monthly
• Generate and distribute customer statements on a monthly basis
• Assist with Notices to Owner and Releases of Liens

What is needed of the Accounts Receivable Specialist?

• 2+ years' Accounts Receivable experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
• Knowledge of Release of Liens and Notice to Owner process
• Excel skills (pivots tables, vlookup)
