Project Administrator / Project Coordinator :

- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation using various collaboration tools
- Create and update project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Administer and organize project workflows and tasks within Jira
- Develop and maintain documentation in Confluence to support project initiatives
- Communicate project status updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Track and report project financials and resources
- Create and maintain SharePoint forms for project processes
- Coordinate project meetings and follow-up activities
- Ensure proper organization and accessibility of project materials across platforms

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- Experience with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Clarizen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint
- Ideally some experience with SharePoint form development and administration
- Demonstrated ability to manage project financials and track budgets
- Strong business communication skills, both written and verbal
