We're seeking a dedicated Resident Experience Coordinator to join our team and enhance the daily lives of our residents through engaging activities and programs that enrich their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.

Job Summary:

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with the Director of Resident Experience to plan, organize, and carry out resident activities. From coordinating entertainment and outings to organizing special events and assisting with meals, you'll ensure our residents are engaged and fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the Personal Well-Being Profile for new residents within 7 days of move-in

• Develop and follow a monthly schedule of events, ensuring minimal changes or cancellations

• Organize resident outings, including transportation for medical visits and recreational trips

• Assist with marketing events that entertain residents and promote community engagement

• Provide assistance in the dining rooms during mealtimes, including serving and cleaning up

• Foster teamwork and ensure safety compliance for all activities and employees

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Business, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in assisted living preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

• CDL preferred
