Columbine Commons Skilled Nursing & Rehab is located at 1475 Main Street, Windsor, Colorado. Our size makes us a very unique and intimate facility; each of our staff members gets to know each of our residents extremely well.

We are accepting applications for an Activity Assistant who can work:

Activity Assistant

• Assists the Activity Director in planning and executing an activity program designed to assist the individual resident in maintaining his/her recreational, social, education, cognitive and spiritual needs.

Activity Assistant Requirments

• Degree in related field preferred but not required; experience in a geriatric setting.
• Experience working with seniors afflicted with Dementia is preferred.
