Job Title: Activity Department Director

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Develop engaging programs that meet the needs of residents.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver high-quality activities.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, or related field.
• Proven experience in activity planning and management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
