The Springs at Rochester Hills Rehab and Nursing Center is hiring for an Activity Director to join our team! Our activities department is known for providing top-notch activities to ensure the residents of our skilled nursing facility remain involved in the things that make them happy and connected.

As the Activity Director at The Springs at Rochester Hills, you will have the opportunity to provide fun and engaging activities, projects and games to our residents while focusing on their individual interests.  The Activity Director makes care plans specific to each resident, promotes social interaction, leads one-on-one, small group and large group activities according to the program schedule. • Experience in a similar role within the healthcare field is preferred.
• Qualified Candidates would have their NCCAP (Certified Activity Director) or similar qualifications.
• Those who have worked as an activity aide/social services in a skilled nursing facility for 2 years qualify as well!
