Position Summary | The Division of Epidemiology,Biostatistics, and Preventive Medicine, within the Department of InternalMedicine, is seeking a self-motivated and high energy individual to join ourgrowing, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team. The AdministrativeAssistant III will provide travel arrangements for faculty/staff,reimbursements through Chrome River, P-Card transactions to purchase supplies,airline tickets, hotel reservations, etc., coordinate and take minutes atmeetings, faculty symposiums, and retreats, manage parking space and facilityusage, assist with FAMIS space management, track faculty development fund use,perform data gathering including Excel and running reports in Banner andMyReports, create flyers and PowerPoint slides for division meetings, maintaindivision website, setup POs and PRs, coordinate annual faculty reviews,inventory control, organize and maintain files, answer phone, pick up mail, andother miscellaneous job related duties as assigned. The Department of Internal Medicine is a large,progressive department with a diverse staff working in dedicated teams toprovide quality work in an organized, effective and efficient manner throughinnovation, training, and education. Through our collaborative work effort, wesupport the faculty and enhance the missions of the department, school, HealthSciences Center and University. |

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
