About the Job
This job is an entry level position that pays hourly plus commission & bonus. This role still has pre scheduled hours to work with allot of room for growth. We currently looking for full time Tuesday- Saturday but are open to a more part time set up for the right candidates that can work Saturdays. We are opening up multiple new departments and locations and will need good people with in-house experience. This position will be working directly under our call center admin, being trained how to effectively manage and schedule routes for a high level team and provide knowledgeable customer service to customers over phone looking to schedule.
The admin assistant will team up with Admin to achieve company goals. The skills built in this role are very valuable. Bonuses for this role are based on company wide goals and commission on individual bookings. This requires some warm sales experience as we are a company with a high volume of inbound inquiries and leads to follow up on. Training on our services and custom software will be provided.

A day on the job:
- Answering calls, booking clients, saving jobs through routing tactics and answering any questions they have. Returning emails, text and phone calls with the goal of scheduling in mind, as well as dispatching with the field ops team for route management.
- Learning our services and asking allot of questions.
- Scheduling in bound leads and managing their expectations for service. Writing notes for each job that field ops needs to know to help the customers experience be fantastic.
