PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Preparation of client meeting documents and account paperwork
•Document preparation and processing
•Inputting and updating client information in our CRM
•Managing documents and client’s electronic files
•Account maintenance within TCI systems and with custodians
•Management of daily check deposits
•Partner with Relationship Associates to deliver abest-in-classclient experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
•A Bachelor’s Degree in Business,Finance,or a related degreepreferred
•0–2years proven success in financial services fieldpreferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
•Previous experience with ClientRelationship Manager (CRM) software preferred
•Client-first attitude–Seeks to provide outstanding service to all internal and external clients.
Attention to Detail: Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks.
Produces quality work in an accurate and timely manner.
• Thoroughness: Ensures that work is complete and accurate; independently follows up with
others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.
