About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Support: Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries for senior staff
- Communication Management: Answer phone calls, take notes/messages, and redirect calls when appropriate
- Document Handling: Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Administrative Support: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
- Office Maintenance: Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of company events or meetings
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus
- Work Experience: Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Communication Skills: Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
- Organization Skills: Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities

- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
