Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and experience in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, receive and assist visitors
- Manage documentation through typing, filing, and faxing
- Conduct internet research as needed
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and manage calendars
- Provide general administrative support to supervisors
- 1-3 years of business experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of third-party/government program billing requirements, patient billing procedures, insurance benefits, and government program authorization/documentation
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Previous HR department experience and scheduling expertise are advantageous
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
