Charge/Nurse Managers RN's with one specialty (ICU, for example), will not be considered for this need. This candidate MUST be a multi-specialty Supervisor. Please detail proficiency on profile.Aclinical resource nurse is a registered nurse whose responsibilities exceedthat of a normal registered nurse. The main duties of a clinical resource nurseare to promote and maintain quality patient care, manage nursing operations,assist in teaching nursing staff and enforce procedures, policies, practicesand standards of the facility.
