B&B Theatres is a family-owned and -operated company, and we've been bringing the magic of the movies to our guest...Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Oversee and monitor social media traffic & analytics

Learn about, adopt, and represent B&B Theatres standards of communication, culture, and excellence

Provide timely & appropriate responses to guest inquiries, suggestions, concerns, and comments

Respond to social media & online reviews

Assess trends and provide weekly reports on efforts & opportunities

Report to Director of Public Relations and work together to develop strategies for enhancing guest engagement
