Our team is currently looking for an Administrative Aide for a client in the Oil and Gas industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Perform accurate data entry into company systems.
• Answer and handle a high volume of incoming calls.
• Log and track customer calls using MS Excel.
• Work with vendors to track and receive equipment shipments.
• Communicate professionally via phone and email to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain patience and professionalism while handling difficult customers.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet daily targets.

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Minimum of two years; experience in customer service, preferably with a utility, renewable energy, or solar company.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal (phone) and written (email).
• Ability to handle stressful situations while remaining calm and patient.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
