Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex calendars in Outlook.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with data security and confidentiality practices.
Opportunity Overview:
The commercial skilling team runs programs that train employees of the company’s largest customers and partners. These training programs, aligned with software commitments, focus on key topics such as cloud service deployment, AI utilization, and security practices. This role supports the General Manager (GM), three senior directors, and larger team meetings by managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the calendars for the GM, three senior directors, and larger business team meetings, ensuring proper scheduling and attendance.
- Provide travel support for these executives, including planning for upcoming international travel.
- Support administrative operations:
- Agenda management for staff meetings
- Travel planning and expense reporting
- Headcount reporting and tracking discretionary spending
- Deck creation for team meetings
- Ordering hardware and office supplies
- Coordinating award certificates and employee work anniversaries
- Coordinate logistics for Rhythm of Business (RoB) meetings and other events.
Qualifications/Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in administrative roles, supporting senior executives.
- Strong skills in scheduling and calendar management (Outlook) for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with data security best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and professional.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience supporting an executive at the GM level or in a similar capacity is a plus.
