SCOPE OF WORK:
- Provides administrative support for project teams requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of MS Office Suite, payroll, Account Receivables, Billings, and Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for administrative support to a project team including payroll and onboarding employees.
- Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: AIA Billings, Account Receivables, Creating and maintaining documents; Customer contact and other duties as appropriate.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- EDUCATION: Associate degree preferred or equivalent studies/experience.
- EXPERIENCE: Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required. MS Office Proficient.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
- Training experience preferred.
- Event planning experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Effective time management, organizational, multi-tasking and attention to detail skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving to address staff and client needs.
- Has the ability to work autonmously, but also as team member.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
