About the Job
Bluestone Real Estate Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Beaverton office. This person will work to support the daily operations of the office.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is an on-site position at our Beaverton office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and email inquiries from homeowners and respond or route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
- Serve as back-up to the front-desk Receptionist, covering lunches and breaks.
- Participate in a phone queue to help answer calls from customers.
- Assist the Community Association Management team with various administrative duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years experience as an administrative assistant, secretary or receptionist preferred
- Experience working in Property Management preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, high-energy attitude
- Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skill set
- Familiarity with office equipment (i.e. printers, fax machines, projectors)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
