Description : Administrative Support to General Services Team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to all visitors for the General Services Department
- Answer main dept. phone, transfer calls, take messages, check and respond to the department’s helpdesk email system
- Create, track, assign and close-out electronic work orders
- Processing of STB parking garage validations for visitors at 10 Park Plaza Boston
- Order, review, modify and process all office supplies & material orders for the 10 Park Plaza and the RMV sites
- Â Receive and process all cartridge toner orders for the 10 Park Plaza Boston, the RMV sites and Highway Districts
- Receive and process envelopes, copy paper and special orders for 10 Park Plaza Boston, RMV sites and Highway Districts
- Delivery of copy paper, paper cups and miscellaneous supplies at 10 Park Plaza Boston as needed
- Order and prepare PPE supplies from 10 Park Plaza Boston to be shipped out via courier
- Assist with resetting modular lockers and adjustable tables at 10 Park Plaza Boston as needed
- Assist with mailroom operations as needed
- Assist with motor pool reservations as needed
