Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Start Date: October 21st

Pay Rate: $19/hr (paid weekly)

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, 80021

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Description

• Handle incoming mail process, incoming faxes and scanned documents, making copies and maintaining Excel spreadsheets with client information .
• Review and process of check payments and walk up payments.
• Enter notes in client database.
• Verifies account balances and makes account adjustments.
• Research validation of debt requests and act as a client liaison to gather required documents to submit to debtor’s per their requests.
• Prepare response letters to debtor’s disputes and consumer letters.
• Find and retrieve information from files.
• Support call center agent’s requests regarding account maintenance.
• General office support.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of administrative or relevant experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and experience (internet, email, word processing, documentation) and strong typing skills.
• Must be able to navigate 2 systems at one time on a computer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Organizational Skills.
• Ability to multi-task to accomplish job duties.
• Work independently with little oversight, takes initiative and self-motivated.
