Job Title: General Administrative Assistant (Temporary/Temp-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (Temporary/Temp-to-Hire)
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. Temporary or Temp to Hire availiblity. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Perform general office duties, such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
