IT Concepts, Inc. (ITC) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.

Responsibilities:

• Assists in coordinating meetings, developing agendas, coordinating travel, assembling deliverable artifacts, and general administrative duties critical to contract performance.
• Will coordinate and capture minutes/action items for kick-off meetings, TSMs, Project Management meetings, PMRs, and supports transition-in and transition-out meetings.
• Provides administrative support and artifact collection for MSRs, PMP development and maintenance, and trip reports.
• Provides travel planning support.

Location: On-site in Tampa, FL

Requirements

Junior level: 0-3 years relevant experience and a BA/BS degree,

Substitutions for education:

• Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree
• 6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
• 12 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree

Preferred Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• ability to work with Teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own.
• Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have at a minimum active DOD Secret
