Minimum requirements: Education: • High School diploma or equivalent preferred. • College degree a plus Experience / Specific Knowledge: • A minimum of one to three years administrative/secretarial experience. • Excellent word processing, grammar, punctuation and spelling skills; accuracy is crucial. • Proven organizational, administrative, interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent PC skills; knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required. Certification, licenses, registrations: • If the employee is subject to license or certification requirements or training as stipulated by local, state or federal agencies or the Company, now or in the future, compliance is required under this job description.
