About the Job
PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client located in Fort Lauderdale is looking for a responsible and experienced Administrative Assistant that is able to assist with invoicing and billing of clients. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in using QuickBooks and is a self-starter.
Responsibilities:
- Assist at the front deskĀ
- Close out work orders
- Keep track of invoices and billing
- Data Entry
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries
- 2+ years of experience in this role
- Experience using QuickBooks
- Detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
