Overview:
Nitrogen Network Ministries is a Grand Rapids Michigan based Church Planting Network. We are embarking on a 3 year project to expand our program to Atlanta and North Carolina. We are on a mission to empower churches in their efforts to make disciples and actively engage their communities for Jesus. We use recruiting, assessing, coaching, training, resourcing & Networking (ReACTRN) to fuel a movement of healthy urban church multiplication. The Program Administrative Director will be specifically responsible for managing administrative tasks essential for fostering healthy urban church multiplication. This role will also provide vital administrative support to the Executive Director and oversee overall organization wide
- Work regional leaders to manage details “Huddles” (gatherings of pastors and leaders) programming for all three zones, ensuring that they have the necessary tools & materials needed to successfully complete the program
- Plan and promote organizational events such as outings, conference and on going trainings
- Work with Marketing team to Manage Txt & Email Campaigns
- Provide program support as needed including reporting,
- Maintain ongoing communications with program participants
- Schedule Executive Directors meetings and speaking engagements
- Oversee organization-wide communication
- Provide project management support as needed by the Executive Director
- Manage day-to-day office functions and email correspondence.
- Collect receipts/invoices from the team to ensure reconciliation with the bookkeeper.
Requirements
• Extremely flexible
• Self starter with superb problem solving skills
• Basic understanding of Ai platforms in the workplace such as ChatGPT
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program coordination or administrative support. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience with grant reporting and management.
