Job Description: a renowned healthcare system is looking for some temporary administrative support for the Division Chief and Director. Responsibilities will include but are not limited:
$20-$26/hr
Contract: 3+ months
Onsite: Boston, MA
Must Haves:
- Associate’s degree required
- 1+ year of previous related experience (administrative assistant, program coordinator, etc.) required.
- Experience with calendar management
- Experience ordering supplies
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s preferred
- Previous healthcare experience highly preferred.
Job Description: a renowned healthcare system is looking for some temporary administrative support for the Division Chief and Director. Responsibilities will include but are not limited:
- Administrative/program support to the division as a whole, as well as Division Chief and Director
- Lab ordering, some supply management.
- Maintaining files and credentialing paperwork, CV, publication and other tracking of PIs in the division
- Processing reimbursements for travel or other needs.
- Meeting management and scheduling of floor meetings
