About the Job
The Admin Assistant will support 3 VPs of Alternative Programming for CBS.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and roll calls
Schedule meetings
Draft memos and reports
Coordinate travel
Complete expense reports
Assist with projects and events as needed
Assist in departmental projects, including reviewing materials and conducting research
Maintain up to date and accurate project files and calendars
Liaise with Program Coordination to provide technical specifications, deliverables requirements and format letters to production partners
Work with S&P to ensure they have all materials and proper set up on location
Provide on-location support as needed
Additional projects and duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 1 year experience working for a television executive, talent agency, or as a Production Assistant
Must possess exceptional knowledge of and passion for the TV industry
Strong communication, computer, and phone skills
Must be a strong decision maker with the ability to anticipate needs of the executive and potential issues before they arise
Must be a master of multi-tasking and able to accomplish tasks quickly and accurately
A team player who excels at collaborating with others

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $45,000.00 - 55,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
