Administrative Assistant Needed in Southeast Houston
Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Booking domestic and/or international travel
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Administrative Assistant
- 2 years recent Administrative Assistant experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in MS Office-Client is requiring test scores
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
