Administrative Assistant - Entrusted

We are a family owned restoration company, and we do work that matters by building trust with our clients when they have water damage in their homes. And your administrative support will be a key means in allowing branch leaders to do exactly that!

Though admin and customer service experience is certainly a plus, it is not required! We are primarily looking for someone who is hard working, organized and detail oriented, and who loves working in fast-paced work environments.

What would I be doing?

• Assisting the Field Supervisors in communication with both customers and colleagues, ensuring a smooth scheduling process
• Assisting the Field Supervisors by communicating with customers about the insurance process, helping follow up on claims to ensure a complete job
• Assisting the Construction Department with various projects and reporting that's needed
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
