About the Job
- Directly support 4 Global Supply Management and Logistics Directors
- Act as a support resource for all employees in the Global Supply Management and Logistics organization.
- Perform a full range of administrative support duties including but not limited to scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining appointment calendars on behalf of managers.
- Gather, create, and maintain sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Update and maintain databases.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of demonstrated experience with handling highly confidential information.
- 3 or more years of experience with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Some event planning experience.
- Experience working with upper-level management.
