Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a LEADING medical device company that specializes in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of innovative medical devices! **We are ONLY seeking candidates who can start Full-Time IMMEDIATELY (will NOT require 2-week notice at current employer).**
Location: Fully Onsite in Irvine, CA
Job Type: Temp-To-Hire (will transition to permanent employee after 4 months)
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Mon-Fri
Scope of the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company, including but not limited to, executive management, sales, marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to various departments within the company.
* Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
* Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
* Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents.
* Organize and maintain files and databases.
* Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, photocopying, and filing.
* Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred (NOT required).
* 2+ years of administrative assistant experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
