About the Job
Adecco is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative & Event Coordinator to join our team in Framingham, MA. This role offers the opportunity to support a variety of events and special projects at our Home Office, working closely with internal associates to foster engagement and organize company programs. This is a 1-year contract role with the potential for extension. If you are interested please read the position summary and qualifications below.
Location: Framingham, MA (Local candidates only)
Assignment Type: Temporary (1-Year Contract with Potential to Extend)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, with occasional Mondays or Fridays for events)
Pay: $20-$23 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution: Assist in the coordination of events, including:
Service Awards
Admin Day celebrations
Associate Appreciation BBQ
New Hire Luncheons
State of the Company Meetings
Heading Home Up and Out events
Holiday Giving Tree program
Program Coordination:
Maintain and update the Associate Discount Directory
Organize and schedule golf clinics and leagues
Coordinate CPR and Self-Defense Training for employees
Assist with the Associate of the Quarter program and other special projects
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the department as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-5 years in administration, event coordination, or a related role
Education: Open to candidates with relevant degrees or transitional experience
Location: Local candidates only (must be available for onsite work at least Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with occasional Mondays or Fridays for events)
Contract Type: Open to contract and contract-to-perm talent (no current full-time openings)
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
