Position Summary: The administrative assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with multiple clerical tasks as needed by the Director of Operations, such as data entry, filing, running reports, supply ordering and other administrative tasks as needed.

Administrative Associate
Position Summary: The administrative assistant is primarily responsible for assisting with multiple clerical tasks as needed by the Director of Operations, such as data entry, filing, running reports, supply ordering and other administrative tasks as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist Director of Operations with assigned data entry, data analysis, reports, and expense tracking.
- Participate in, and provide notes for various meetings as required
- Maintain project plans and disseminate information as needed
- Create and update spreadsheets for financial, and inventory control purposes
- Order supplies, as requested
- Perform all other tasks as assigned, relative to the role of an Administrative Assistant.
Role Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:
- Associates degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency with Excel
- Typing: 65+ WPM
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of professionalism.
