[Job Summary]
Provides administrative and general clerical support to the corporate team. Reporting to the Director of Finance/Business Analyst, the position will initially be a general resource available “as needed” to/by the various team members. Position will handle initial phone/guest reception and maintain files and records as required. The position will have the ability to expand with the company, depending on the skills and abilities of the incumbent.

- Serve as office manager to include responsibility for office supplies, secure maintenance of office
equipment, establish and maintain filing system, sort and direct mail, and maintain an accurate calendar.
- Providing high quality Customer service using professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment is
required.
- Establish and maintain files; both physical and electronic.
- Assists in associate training Program
- Sort and distribute mail.
Tertiary
- Prepare travel arrangements as required. Prepare and process monthly expense reports.
- Manage the key control system which includes maintaining the key log system including parking access.
- Track and maintaining an inventory of office supplies and orders.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist in the execution of the Safety Management System.
- Assist executives as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification/Licensure:
Minimum of two years of college or business school or any combination of education, training and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position.
Experience:
A minimum of One (1) year of administrative experience in a fast paced environment.
Skills/Competencies:
- Bi-Lingual: English (Required), Korean (Preferred)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Shows Drive and Initiative: Pursues high standards and maintains a high level of productivity. Focuses
on meaningful results and achieves them. Puts in extra effort to accomplish critical goals and looks for
new ways to improve.
- Possess and maintain reliable transportation, a valid CA drivers’ license, and state mandated auto
insurance.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit
and use a computer for a long period of time.
- Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents.
- Sufficient near vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in hand-written
forms, and printed on paper.
- Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

- Proof and edit documents, email, notes, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports as directed ensuring accuracy and meeting all established deadlines.
- Perform general secretarial and clerical duties, including but not limited to; compositions, typing, copying, and filing of correspondence, memos, letters, agendas, and reports.
- Act as primary receptionist for the office, responding to phone calls, receiving visitors, dispatching calls, and visitors to the proper parties.
- Prepare, coordinate, and organize meetings as required to include room reservations, notification to members, and distribution of meeting materials and minutes.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares summary reports as necessary
