This is a great temp. to hire opportunity with a leading high tech manufacturing facility in Laconia , NH .
You will be part of the Admin. team providing administrative support to Quality Dept.
Responsibilities will include the following :
- Daily collection and drop off of documentation.
- Documentation preparation, scanning, indexing and storage.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment, evaluating new equipment and techniques, as applicable.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies and verifies receipt of supplies.
- Customer certification package completion, as needed.
- Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks, as needed.
- Provides coverage for the Main Switchboard, as needed.
The position is set for 29 hours per week with flexibility on the daily work schedule .
Position requires a pre employment drug screen and criminal background check .
