About the Job
Property Management company looking for an experienced administrative assistant for an on-site Condominium office.
Job Duties: Run the day to day operations for a Condominium, meet with vendors, resolve owner's issues with the property, supervise on-site staff, post notices, write violations, etc.
Bilingual is a plus
Must have computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, etc)
Great communication and customer service skills.
