Alcoa Warrick has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team, execute tactical functions and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. The responsibilities will require you to apply broad knowledge of business administration and hands-on experience with proven results in several of the following functions:

Alcoa Warrick has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team, execute tactical functions and ensure they're aligned with our business goals. The responsibilities will require you to apply broad knowledge of business administration and hands-on experience with proven results in several of the following functions:
Main responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to all stakeholders;
- Plan and execute work scheduling in a timely manner;
- Oversee, perform or assist with a variety of administrative duties including reporting, payroll, overtime, time and attendance management, system transactions and record keeping;
- Collect and analyze trends and metrics;
- Assist with data entry and audits;
- Work closely with Human Resources, as well as Department Leaders and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention;
- Provide support to Employee Engagement activities;
- Provide support to Training and Development initiatives;
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for processes including ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and timeliness as well as accuracy of required reporting.

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced analytical and MS Excel skills- yes and customer serivce and communication skills
- Availability to work different schedules- Availability to work overtime if needed (On a day off if needed to cover for vacation.)
