We are seeking a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, has excellent organizational skills, and strives to be the best to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our location in Novi, MI.
Your general duties will include:
- Providing administrative and office coordination support to executives and teams including Human Resources, Operations, and General Management
- Utilizing Google Suite for scheduling, communication, document and presentation creation (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms, etc.)
- Management / coordination of ad hoc projects and events
- Preparing presentations (i.e. independent structure of the presentation according to key points, research of necessary content)
- Information management - this may include filtering and, if necessary, appropriate forwarding of information and initiation of appropriate measures
- Processing of orders
- Independent completion of department specific tasks such as budget monitoring, creation of KPI evaluations
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings, travel, and events
- Coordinating onboarding and induction activities for new hires
- Maintaining communication with IT and building management, coordinating for support as needed
- Serving as a go-to for administrative duties and support
- Assisting on special projects
What we'd like to see from you:
- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create presentations and utilize G-Suite tools (prior experience w/ Google Suite is strongly desired)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and openness to taking on a variety of tasks
- Project coordination / management skills and experience
- 1 - 2 years of office coordination / administrative support experience (however, recent graduates are encouraged to apply, as well)
- Ability to learn and utilize new tools/programs and processes
