Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the company’s management team and staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail.
• Greet visitors and provide general support to guests and employees.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for executives and team members.
• Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for company records and documents.

Minimum requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
