We are seeking a part-time (20-25 hrs per week) Administrative Assistant to join our Columbus team! The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a positive and interpersonal attitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests, clients, and staff
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with new hire preparations.
- Prepare, proofread and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including setting up rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
