Degree in Human Resources (four year college or technical school) or relevant HR experience required.

1 plus years of experience in Human Resources preferred.

Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.

Must be able to provide at least 1 day of community-based coaching.

Able to pass all required background checks.

Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.
