Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a collaborative and reliable teammate with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and send proposals to customers
- Generate purchase orders and initiate return requests
- Update and maintain customer opportunities in CRM
- Generate invoice and warranty letters
- Initiate Accounts Receivable calls for collection purposes
- Complete weekly payroll reports
- General bookkeeping and other administrative duties as required
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Efficient in computer programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook
