Location: Portsmouth, NH (100% onsite)

Salary: Days: $22.54 hourly paid weekly (Benefits Available)
Employment Type: Long term contract (potential for extension or direct offer)
Duties may include any of the following:
- Act as the point of contact for the senior management team between internal/external customers & clients. This includes responding to emails, taking messages and routing correspondence.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately and timely.
- Responsible for handling multiple priorities and managing complicated calendars across multiple executives and external personnel.
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms , event planning
- Responsible for taking meeting minutes and accurately entering data into One Note.
- Support inter- and intra-departmental communications for the senior management team and with external clients; this will involve extensive collaboration with internal and external contacts and the handling of sensitive information.
- Draft letters and documents required with minimal guidance, format templates, documents and presentations, proofread, etc.
- Maintain and organize documents and administrative filings
- Printing, scanning, transmitting documentation
- Admin support for Project Team
Education and Experience:
- 5-7 years previous experience in similar role
- Experience with following: DocuSign, SharePoint, MS office, One Note
- Strong communication skills
